Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Linux servers Ubuntu, Debian, RHEL across distributed environments.
- Develop and maintain Bash, Python, and Perl scripts for automation and system management.
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes EKS, GKE.
- Implement CICD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD, and FluxCD.
- Configure and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
- Monitor system performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
- Ensure secure networking via VPNs, SSH, and firewall configurations.
- Support IoT protocols and messaging systems (MQTT, Kafka, Zigbee, LoRaWAN).
- Maintain documentation for system builds, deployments, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure needs
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Linux system administration and performance tuning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), especially EC2, EKS, GKE.
- Proficiency in scripting languages: Bash, Python, Perl, Go.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools: Puppet, Ansible, Terraform.
- Knowledge of container orchestration: Kubernetes, Helm, Istio.
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools: Nagios, Fluentd, Kibana.
- Understanding of networking and security protocols.
- Experience with storage systems: NetApp, Ceph, ZFS, MySQL, Redis.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of Linux experience
- Minimum 5 years of Bash experience
- Minimum 5 years of Python experience
- High School Diploma / GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
